Residential development in Hornsey Lane, North London.

THE CLIENT’S BRIEF: The developer bought this bleak looking site with Planning Permission for flats and several houses. He needed to start and finish the work as soon as possible, but also wanted to agree various changes with the Planning Department after the work on site actually started.

SOLUTION: Aleck Associates were able to work closely with the Architect and the Contractor, responding quickly to changes of plan so that the contract would not be held up.
